Bee Box Movie Ranch is located 1 hour from Downtown Los Angeles within the 30-mile zone, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Acton, California, for optimal privacy, with stunning unobstructed views of our town and the Angeles National Forest, conveniently located at the famous section of Soledad Canyon Road, Bee Box Canyon Road, and Crown Valley Road. Bee Box Movie Ranch's location is perfect for any production needing base camp when filming on Soledad Canyon Road. Our ranch can hold up to 250 vehicles eliminating any shuttling services. The ranch's natural beauty creates some of the most desirable backdrops, with 150 acres great for filming and large flat spaces efficiently utilized for base camp and crew parking with no permits required. Bee Box Movie Ranch has plenty of room for all your catering needs, restroom needs, and large-vehicle parking. Please note that the ranch does not contain any electricity or running water stations.

The ranch is broken into 3 parts:
• The "Heavenly Hills" area is flat terrain with stunning views and can hold approximately 70 vehicles with access to the mine.
• "Black Hill Mine" "Black Hill Mine" is located approximately 1 mile up a steep but easily accessible road. The mine is 450' deep with a granite entrance, and the mine is spacious enough to film.
• The "Ivory Ridge" area is rough terrain with stunning landscapes right off Soledad, with hills and easy road access. It has a unique vibe, perfect for filming.

Acton is very popular for filming movies, TV series, and music videos. The beauty of our small town is endless, with scenic views and great weather. Acton does have all 4 seasons.
●Summer: Acton 99.9% of the time always has blue skies, and we experience warm (but not too hot) and dry summers.
●Spring: is beyond beautiful with lush green rolling hills and mountains containing poppies, wildflowers, juniper trees, and Joshua trees.
●Autumn continues to be warm with beautiful sunsets and the falling of leaves all around.
●Winter can be mildly cold and a little breezy. We usually have snow way up on the mountain tops of the Angeles National Forest, enhancing the beauty of Acton.
